    HSM 45 ACP 200 grain Semi Wad cutter hard cast lead

    I got some bullets to reload. My question in do I need anything behind the bullets, or are they ready to load

    I am assuming your wondering if you need gas checks?
    If your loading cast bullets for a 45acp, you dont need gas checks, 45acp doesnt produce enough speed to require them.

    I havent played around with that yet, mainly just just AA#2 and WW231.
    I really like the 231 with 200gr cast on top of 5.0gr, its a light load, but shoots nice and the brass falls by your feet.

    I've never reloaded it. Mainly 38 spl. & 165 gr Barnes X on IMR 3031 48.5gr in my 30-.06
