I personally prefer the Lee Book, the data is spot on and doesnt tend to be neutered loads, like most the other books out there.

Here is the data for 55gr bullets in the Lee Book

    Varget start load 25.5gr 3174fps----Max load 27.5 Compressed 3384fps
Doesnt have any data for cfe-223,, might check the Hodgon site, they have load data for their own powders.

Here is the data from the Berger book

It doesnt have a 55gr bullet load for Varget, but I will list the data for 52gr bullets. It also doesnt have any data for cfe-223
    Varget Starting load 23.5gr 2977fps----max load 26.0gr 3216 fps.

Here is the data for a 55gr sp off hodgons site

    Varget starting load 25.5gr 2996fps----max load 27.5gr 3384fps
    Cfe-223 Starting load 26.0gr 3133fps---max load 27.8gr 3329fps

    Hope this helps
